Lightweight Flywheel Optional Upgrade
OEM flywheels are heavy parts designed for optimum street drivability by soaking up some of the power from the engine and putting it in storage in the form of inertia, unfortunately this comes at the expense of engine response and acceleration. Our light-weight flywheel keep less inertia in storage but the lighter rotating mass providing significantly improved engine response and acceleration characteristics, an excellent modification for road or racing use, exactly what performance enthusiasts need.
Made from precision chrome-moly forgings that have an induction hardened integral ring gear, which weighs less than 4kg. Designed for faster revs, quicker engine response, improved drivability and provide quick throttle response exiting corners, a proven product used by Japanese race teams worldwide.

Dry Sump Kit
Developed for the race cars but available to S1 and S2 models. To ensure good oil pressure no matter what G you are pulling. On slicks we have seen 1.8G which is enough to trash a standard engine with no dry sump. An air/oil cooler is needed to be fitted with this kit along with an oil tank and relevant oil lines.

Kaaz Limited Slip Differential

RBC Inlet Manifold & 70mm Billet Throttle Body
The RBC Intake Manifold is one of Honda's best intake developments for the K20 engines. Found on the Accord Euro R CL7 as standard, the engine was one of Honda's most powerful of the K20 lineup. The RBC manifold out performs the original UK spec PRB manifold almost everywhere. There is a little loss in power from low to mid range rpm but from the 5500rpm point and up the RBC shows its true colours and has a gain averaging 10-15bhp with mapping. We then CNC machine the inlet port and mate it to a billet aluminium 70mm throttle body for maximum gains. A great upgrade to push more power!

Flexible Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe
Built by the same craftsmen that build our exhaust manifolds. No others are back purged and TIG welded 304 stainless steel, we use 304 grade stainless steel laser cut flanges.

Maidstone Sports cars is able to have your exhaust manifolds and silencer ceramic coated. This helps reduce engine bay temperatures significantly.

Oil Temp/Oil Pressure Gauge
Maidstone Sports Cars is able to supply and fit the Spa digital dual gauge so you can keep an eye on your oil temp and pressure.
